Hey everyone! The Dayton Blues Society chose us to represent them in International Blues Challenge Youth Showcase in Memphis TN. This is the biggest blues event in the world! Artists from all over the country and the world come to play this event. This show was like a going away party for the artists going to perform in Memphis. It was a privelidge and an honor to play this show. It was at Gilly's and it was SOLD OUT and standing room only. The blues society gave each of us a plaque to congratulate us. Hubert Sumlin and Bob Margolin (guitarist for Muddy Waters) sounded great that night! It was really cool to be able hang out with Hubert Sumlin backstage and listen to him talk about the ol' days with him and Howlin' Wolf. He was a really great guy. What a night!
